Canal’s Landing is a residential community in Airdrie, Alberta that was being developed by four reputable local development companies simultaneously. Airdrie has many desired amenities, such as schools, restaurants and local community events and is just a 25-minute commute to Calgary. The client wanted a website strategy and design created in order to increase engagement with the existing community and potential residents. The result was a fully responsive site that included developer profiles, information about the area and a community blog.

Website analytics showed a 44% increase in the number of visitors after the first month of the website’s launch, with 22% more unique visitors and 245% more page views.
