The design of The Brook’s communication pieces reflects the contemporary and dynamic attributes of Delpark’s revitalized brand. The corporate brochure that was designed for The Brook’s public launch focused on showcasing beautiful model home photography, using large images and minimal text.

The presentation centre design worked seamlessly with the interior designer’s sophisticated vision. Sleek, white floorplan displays contrasted well with the dark wood floors and stone wall feature. 
Large black and white images of nature were added to further accentuate the low-rise development’s future location, while teal-coloured, raised acrylic lettering added dimension to the marketing displays.
