The Southwood Phase 1 and 2 is a boutique condominium project that is being developed by Streetcar, a company that mainly targets their projects towards young professionals looking to live near Queen Street in Toronto. However, due to the location of this project in the Upper Beaches, Streetcar decided to focus on young families and downsizers as their main target audience.
A dynamic sub-brand was created using bold messaging and graphics mixed with neighbourhood photography, to attract potential buyers that value balancing a dynamic, urban lifestyle with purchasing an affordable home in
the city.
