When Delpark Homes developed The Brook, a new residential project in Oshawa, the company was also in the process of redesigning their corporate identity.
The design of The Brook’s communication pieces reflects the warm, dynamic feeling of Delpark’s revitalized brand. The corporate brochure that was designed for The Brook’s public launch focuses on showcasing beautiful model home photography, using large images and minimal text. The presentation centre design works seamlessly with the interior designer’s vision through the wide use of white elements and black and white photography. Sleek white floor plan displays contrast with the dark wood floors and stone wall feature. Large images of nature break-up the space nicely, while teal-coloured raised acrylic lettering adds dimension.
